Ray Adams has released a new beta version of ATI Tray Tools (ATT). ATT is a Full Featured Radeon Tweaker/Profiler that can be found in the windows tray which then allows instant access to options and settings. I'm recommending this software for every Radeon user out-there.
If you want to do overclocking with it and you had an X-1X00 board you need to enable the low level overclocking... because ray adams desactivated it for the 1X00 boards ... so you need to change it in the .ini file
