Windows Vista and OpenGL - The Facts

The Khronos OpenGL ARB Working Group has received requests for clarification concerning the performance of OpenGL on Windows Vista. These questions are understandable as Microsoft has dramatically changed the user experience with the Windows Aero compositing desktop and introduced a completely new display driver architecture. Well mate i fell the same , and i actualy name it
After going thru that article , i culd loose the feeling , that in some part it intent to convince me to go and buy Vista.

PS. Or we getting paranoid

I think Vista was published to push people to turn to DX10. OpenGL has always looked better than DX, and Microshaft is doing anything it can to put OpenGL down.
