AMD Athlon64 4000+ AM2 CPU Review @ EclipseOC

There have been reports for a long time now of AMD working on a 3rd generation of strained silicon technology. Basically it is Silicon with Germanium; SiGe for short. I will not get into the technical details of this, but the idea is to improve transistor performance. As I get into the overclocking portion of the review.
