i think we need alittle more information than that to help you properly

1 what do you mean... what is "refresh prog'"
2 if you want to know your board, then use everest, it is a program that tells you everything about your computer

if your mobo is nforce 3 then go to nvidia's website and go to the driver tab, and find it.
