Default ASUS P5AD2-E Premium to MSI 965P Neo-F: a good buy

Ok,

I'm about to change my ASUS 925XE chipset board to an MSI 965P chipset boards. Lets say I don't change anything else, will I get a performance boost by upgrading to Intel's new Conroe and DDR2-800 compatible chipset? But most of all: is it worth the 129$CAN?

Anyways , Ibought the MSI P965 Neo-F and have notices a significant performance improvement over the Intel 935XE Chipset. Stability is excellent and I only found a few snafu's with the layout. For example, I still sometimes use a floppy drive but the floppy connector is placed right under the last PCI slot. The 12V CPu Aux connector is under the CPU socket, and with long video cards, I noticed that the JMicron IDE Connector would be placed right under making for a hard installation. But, there are some good things too. At least MSI was thoughful enought to put the 2 (useless) PCI-E 1x slots under the PCI-E 16x slot which means that you could have a 3 slot cooler without blocking the more usefull PCI 3.3v slots.
