little problem with mbo

hi all

i have a little problem with mbo
i cant run dual chanel mode with new cpu

i have puted new intel 945 3.4Ghz on my mbo
mbos bios is updated 2w ago
and now i have problems with dual chanel i use King Max DDR2 533Mhz
(i cant run at full ddr speed now is runing at 300Mhz for few min and then it just restarts)
but it can run normaly with old ddr pc3200 (400)

please is any one have a idea what can it be
i am going to downgrade bios to see can it run beter

do i need to make new instalation of windows OS?

windows has no relation with dual channel setting
some time ago I found an issue with an Abit mobo and some pair of Corsair memory
it can't run in dual cannel without errors in memtest and BSODs in windows

if the memory runs flawesly in single channel it may be just a compatibility issue that can be solved later on with an BIOS update

yes maybe but when i put celeron 331 and KingMax ddr2 on dual chanel mode
it runs without any problem
i think that they have made some large mistakes in bios
