heh LOL

near cmos batery you have 3 pins
junper is seted on 2-3(default)
if you put him on 1-2 pin you will restart bios (wait around 10 sec. and dont start pc)
after 10 sec put junper back on 2-3 pin

p.s. pc have to offline(turned off) when you restart bios

You'll have to borrow a jumper (you can use the one from a cd rom drive), just put it on with the computer off. let it sit for 10 seconds, then take it off and put it back on the cd rom drive.... Your cmos should be reset.

Why hasn't anyone mention that you have to remove the battery first before you clear the cmos? then after you clear it, you reinstall the battery.

the right way to do-it:

pull the cord from the power supply, press the power button once to force the remaining curent out of the capacitors, remove the cmos battery for about 5 minutes, put it back in, plug the cord to the power supply

easy no?
