Talking hmm upgrades but dno how

ive just been givin a new mb alot better than mine !! but how do i replace my motherboard wiv out windows cd and reinstalling everything ?

before removing mbo uninstal all drivers from windows (that mean chipset,sound,grafic,....)
that should do it
