So I'll be glad if anyone can step into some kind of guide or whatever. I already installed it one time but I did it wrong and was difficult to installing and I was about to broke the mobo or the cpu intself . Thanks in advance.

ok this is yours mbo .
look closer on the pins on cpu and slot . there is closed pins on cpu and mbo
put cpu on slot 939 same order with closed pins .
and it have to look like this: http://www.pcpro.co.uk/custompc/feat...1/page10.html# closer look http://www.pcpro.co.uk/custompc/feat...1/page10.html#

I can't remember, I used an aftermarket that I picked up with my CPU..
As for the CPU installation, to make it even easier, look closely at the 4 corners. 2 will be full corners, the other 2 corners will have 3-5 pins missing. Match and install..

#8 | | Professional Member | Well i'm not really sure, the problem I have is installing the cooler, I dont see any screw or something just a black lever on one side of it, and the manual said that you have to pull down that lever but, when I got to secure the brackets I can't pull down the bracket secure(the blacl lever thing) cause is freaking like hard, but then again I might be wrong the thing is that I have to do, too much streght and feels like Im going to broke the bracket or my mobo :S.

You raise the lever, install the CPU according to the corner notches (and missing pins), and then lower the lever.
The cooler is either going to be installed using an H bracket directly onto the socket (like Socket A), or is going to come with an I bracket. The I bracket will likely need a backplate on the mobo, which comes pre-installed on most, and you install the cooler using the tension springs & screws. The screws will be installed into the posts from the backplate.
Do you have any pictures of the cooler, or the bracket it is using? It looks like you remove the 2 screws from the black backplate assy around your CPU socket, install the I bracket into the cooler (if not done already), install your cooler with the thermal compound, and then secure the I bracket and cooler with the removed screws. If there are any springs, use them to ensure a good tension.
