From looking around the different overclock sites as well as my own experience the Asus and Abit motherboards are both a very good option.

DFI OC;s the best, has the most OC options but with all the extra options, takes a bit to get setup for some people. Check Future Marks ORB for the best OC's and highest scores and you'll find all the top scores are running DFI boards.

is this good mbo?
This is the best one! I believe its the only AMD board that does 3.3Volts on the Mem. The performance is very good with that Epox.

Hands down whether it be AGP or PCI-E DFI LANParty boards are top notch for OC'ing. The majority of people who are hardcore OC'ers or just people who understand memory settings choose DFI.

I thought they maxed out at 3.6v ? That epox has a 3.5v max, BTW.

here are some benchmarks of the Lanparty and the Epox.
