Is my mobo still OK?

I wanted to know what some of you experienced gamers out there think. Is my motherboard still OK status or is it TRASH.

I have a DFI NFII Ultra Infinity nForce2 mobo

I use it mostly for gaming with my crappy card and 512MB RAM with a 2500+ XP. If you believe its no longer OK then maybe you can guide me toward what kind of system i should build. thx in advanced

If your games are running good then it should be ok. When you will feel it's too weak for you, then consider to upgrade Motherboard & CPU.

Yes... I have a similar pc, i can play all the games, but in low quality...

what video card do you have though?

im still on a kt600 and played farcry at ultrahigh on a 5900XT

(don't ask me how i pulled it off)

, well actually.. it did take place, i maxed all settings out and played at 1280x1024 with 2xAA 8xAF

Vid card is a FX5700 yea i know its crappy. it still manages to play games at low-med settings thou.

Why don't you just put geforce 6600GT card and beliave me.. FPS in games will improve very much..

I know I have upgraded from ordinary 6600 to 6600gt, and far cry just blossomed

i was planning on upgrading my whole system. getting A64, NF4 lanparty, 1gb ram and a 6600GT. or maybe that winfast 7800 in that contest
