Hi there,

i have still the same Problem with my MSI-7091. But i have already find a possibility to overclock up to 4 GHz from 3,4 GHz (FSB 235,5 GHz). I have looked on the PCB and find the Clock-Generator, it is the "ICS954119DF". A lot of tools can manipulate this (SetFSB or ClockGen).

But i have still the Problem, that i could not adjust the Voltages or the RAM-Settings. Please help me!

Greetings from Germany.

Hallo,

Try to find BIOS update on MSI Website or try to use SysTool (TechPowerUp.com)
Some boards has these options as "Hidden Options" for example in Gigabyte to have to press CTRL+F1 to access the advanced options.

"SysTool" freeze my system, i can adjust the timings but after one second the system stoped. Any other idea? Maybe a BIOS-Modification?

Few things to make sure of before trying to overclock your system. Make sure you have a good psu and quality ram. System locks due to overclocking are common and are usually related to psu and/or ram. Going over the supported specs of your ram are a certain way to get a system lock.
