Default Wich one is better mobo?

I'm planning to change my mobo. P4 Socket 478, AGP 8x,
ABIT IC7
ABIT A17uGuru
Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000-G
DFI Lanparty 865PE rev.B

Wich one is better?? or you have your own ??
I have limited budget..

I'd go for the ABIT AI7 or the DFI. Both are good boards, well-packed with features, but i don't know their prices

I'm agree with Khron they both are good Mobo.. now my problem is can I get enough money to buy it?? hihihihi.. I prefer ABIT A17... +/- US$ 135.. Thanks..

I've got Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000. Man stay away from it . It's not bad - don't hangs ect. It just doesn't have any fancy things like ABIT or MSI.
Take Abit IC-7.
