I have a motherboard that has no settings in the bios for overclocking, this is because it came with ta gateway computer, can I still overclock my video card safely from catalyst control center, or just leave everything alone?

OC`ing GPU have nothing to do with Your MoBo or bios.
You can do it , but i dont know how muth spare power it holds .

Thank you, I overclocked it manually and got the gpu clock from 750 to 800, and the memory clock from 900 to 1050. If I put it any higher my games freeze, making me shut off the computer improperly, I guess that means it is to high. played batman arkham asylum for 2 hours no problem. I will never use the auto-tune function in catalyst control center, since it makes my computer freeze during the process. Thank you !!!
