None of that will work if he can't get to the post screen.
AFAIK the only two solutions are
1) have the floppy set as primary boot device BEFORE hand (that is, before the flashing goes on; this condition should be fulfilled if you have cleared your CMOS) and then create a bootable floppy (on a working PC), put the DOS utility with the BIOS data on it and finally boot that diskette.
2) grab hold of the same model working mobo, take off the CMOS from it and install it on your non working board. Supposedly this should work. Or do you take the chip from the non working mobo and place it on the working one and have it programmed? Something like that, I never did it, only heard of it.
