I suggest you get Intel E2200 and P43 mobo or even this better P45 mobo.
Same price, better performance a lot of headroom for overclocking.

A word of advice though: even if the price tag on the ECS board is attractive, I would avoid it. I'm not saying it's not a good board, it's just that in the past I've had nothing but problems with ECS. I even trust ASrock more. If you want a really good board, you should look for Gigabyte\ASUS\MSI.
Do you have to get it now? If you're going the AMD way I think you should definitely wait for the AM3s to come out.

Not to mention I will always be able to upgrade to quad core at any time.

Excellent choice of a GPU, still not trusting the ECS board, though. I find ASrock to still be just as cheap but I definitely trust them more than ECS.
