I heard, fan speed of coolers/fans may be controlled on that mainboard without additional hardware/software - could someone tell me how?

If necessary i'll install an extra software - if yes, i need a good tipp which one.
Btw. everest-software (good working on my second pc) doesn't show correct speed as well as positons of fans/coolers. Bios shows correct.
That software only offers to read out, but as far as i know is not able to regulate speed. Nevertheless strange.

You need to install software. Try SpeedFan or Asustek's software.

In the bios you can regulate the fan speed to silent/performance/optimal mode. If you want more precise control use speedfan.
