Hypertransport > FSB. I'd reckon it has more to do with the memory controller being on the MB.

! more thing if i drop CPU ratio 9->8 and increase FSB 333->400 (3,2) so i could have DRAM/FSB ratio 1:1 will it do any good? How much you think temps would go up?

Asus did it again:P One more thing every mb i look for with X38 has a crossfire??!! sick? why theres no SLI i have GF card so ... and another thing P35 doesnt suppord PCI-E 2.0 wont that slow down while my curent asus has 2.0?

gigabyte is cool but it seams that have problems with overclocking
asus is hot but easy to overclock
temps without additional fan is around 40°C idle but with overclocking is going higher

Isn't that too bad??? ooooo poor Nvidia. Even VIA and SIS chipset beat them.

Well i really doubt that Via or S3 would beat nForce... got some review/benchmark link? or just being a nvidia hater?? if so You must know that GF8600GT is much better than HD2600pro...seen them both in action ;-) Anyway just added AC Freezer 7 PRO and now temp is about 4-6C lower and its much more quiet...

Yeah, it might be faster, but nvidia don't have the quality of its competitors. (they have to be fast, but not made well. thats like building the 9800GX2 cooler, where there is a big air vent that blows most of the very hot air inside the case before it reaches outside. Typical N$hitia)
