Striped Raid on Mainboard change... any affect?

hi,
i currently own a
ASUS P5W DH Deluxe, i975X (dual PC2-6400U DDR2) (90-MBB2X0-G0EAY)

but i am going to get a
ASUS P5N-D, nForce 750i SLI (dual PC2-6400U DDR2) (90-MIB3B0-G0EAY00Z)

in the next few days, and therefore i need to know if i can simply unplug my raid drives (DATA, no OS installed on em) and just plug it onto the new one or if i have to save the data somewhere else and format it ....
