Hello dear owners of M2N-E Owners

I open this thread for one thing...I see on testing websites this board tested and in the marks.In the cons we are writed POOR OVERCLOCKER !!!

I don't know but i overclock my X2 4200+ at 2.7 ghz with no problems !

I dont know why but this board are not an bad overclocker with the last bios!

Anyways

Actually, the M2N-E is not a bad overclocker, it's just average. The fact that you can't bring the memory voltage up more than 2.1 Volts sucks. Like i said it's a BASIC overcloking board. If I was going to build an overclocked machine, I would buy a DFI board instead. They are the best quality boards out there, the best overclockers, but they are VERY expensive. That is the only reason why i'm sticking to ASUS right now becaise I think that they have a better price/performance ratio.

I wanna ask if there is a twicked bios that can up the CPU Voltage more than 1.35 for my Athlon64 3200+? I'm with M2N-E SLI...

Normaly you can put the cpu voltage @ 1.6 v max on the M2N-E Motherboards Series. So did you put the lastest version of the bios if now download it here

Asus download section

Put In the box M2N-E Sli found the lastest bios and flash it with asus update (this software are on your instalation cd)
