What does the modded drivers do?

what does the modded drivers do? I haven't heard or saw any difference after installing them

I heard only tweaks like in RivaTuner You can do - I'm sure nothing more.

No one is decompiling and editing source, simply because it's illegal and too complex (waste of time).

I've tried it but some anti-cheat applications blocked the driver and the authors refused to unblock it.

anti-cheat? this isnt CS.

they just packed it, you just need to find the packing program and its all sorted

moded the sound driver ... the resault may be incresed performance

Performance increase, which is noticable. NGO's gave me ~7 fps more in source games.
