I recently installed the NGO-Modded-NVmixer setup, but now everytime I double click the tray icon to open the mixer up, I get a pop-up message saying...

"to run NVmixer on your system you must have version 3.40 or higher of the NVIDIA nFOrce audio drivers. You are currently running version 0.0 drivers. Would you like to go to the NVIDIA web site now so you can download and install the lastest driver?"

I have the current nforce driver set installed on my pc, version 5.10 off the nvidia site.

Here is my pc specs for a little extra help.

Mobo: A7n8x-vm 400
CPU: 3000xp
RAM: 1gig
Video: ATI 9800 pro
OS: WinXP Pro SP2
Drivers: All Lastest, no betas.

What could be the problem?

When I first installed it I had the same problem. I aint even restarted yet, I just left it a while and it appears to be working properly now :blink:

However, I did have this same error message with slightly older versions of the official, unmodded, nvmixer on this nForce3 board. It's a real pain to get working right!

Regeneration

Uninstall the NvMixer from the Control panel > Add and remove programs.
and reinstall it.

did you uininstall ur previous nvmixer before the modded one, if not it would help

hehe, i hate when i over look something so simple ><
I haven't gotten the problem since i follow ur directions, only thing now is the taskbar icon, but that won't be fixed until the next verion.
