Default vertical sync
I need some direction how I can turn v-sync on for 3d and open glide.

Use your driver control panel or some tweaking ultility like rivatuner or NvTray.

IMHO v-sync is unnecessary when playing games like Doom and Quake. Yes I do know that they run on the same game engine.
