CPU: Pentium P4 650 4.08Ghz
GPU: Sparkle 7600GS 512Mb
M/B: ASUS P5P800S
RAM: 1.5 Gb Corsair DDR
PSU: 500W
Default Sparkle 7600GS 512 AGP

I Know it's not a very imaginative or informative title but It's the best I can do.

System (not good enuff to be called a RIG!)
ASRock P4 Combo MOBO (not sure of chipset)
Celeron 2.4Ghz CPU (in 478 Socket)
768mb RAM (running @ 2100 because of CPU)
Sparkle 7600GS 512mb AGP
XP SP1

For some reason using the latest NGOHQ drivers (I forget the version. sorry!!) when looking @ the panel which displays AGP rate, fast writes etc, although the MOBO & CARD are reading 8x the OS is reading 2x. Is this an error, I tried SP2 recently but this messed up my Nokia PC Suite and even a re-Install couldn't fix it so I had to roll back SP2.

I also seem to have serious graphical problems if the GPU temp reaches 65C.

Any Advice anyone
PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OS limitation due to driver requirements; the ForceWare drivers are responsible for the AGP link/rate in Windows Operation Systems. ForceWare is supposed to 'connect' between your hardware and your software (Graphics card and Windows).
