Default GPU Constant reset after some time?

Hi guys, I recently bought a new system and was very happy till my 7600GS started acting strange. When I boot windows everything is okay, I can run 3dmark05 as much as I want, can play games, can watch movies, can work, etc. However after half a day on something... strange starts to happen. First, I loose AGP acceleration in dxdiag, all directx and tests give error but otherwise 2D is okay. I may continue working without 3D till the time I make any resolition/refres/whatever switch - for example wake up the system after it went sleeping or change the refresh rate - it changes/wakes up, but then a loop of blank screen for like 2 seconds starts. Looks like gpu reset and recover. If I do nothing - no restarts, if I'm showing menus... once per 20 sec. If I try to browse a web page - almost all the time and if there is a flash animation in the web page, I can see my screen for about 1/10 second before the next blankout. Then stranger things start to happen - buttons gets blank or completely white or in some funny pattern and it gets worse and worse till I reach the reset button. Then okay again...
1. overclocking - none, default freq, the card runs at 44C, it is completely cold on touch, both gpu and memory
2. voltages - rock stable, the fortron does its job good
3. drivers - tried several, both ngo and official, currently using 84.21 official with same effects
4. mb - latest chipset drivers, latest bios rev, bios is on default, no cpu/memory overclocking too, additional chipset fan to keep it on 40C, hdds have fans too, cpu fan most of the time is completely off and temp around 45C
5. rivatuner - reset driver and reset settings does not help, if I push reset driver while it has bugged, it tooks around 10 seconds to complete, guess lot of resets happens at the same time
6. lowering acceleration from troubleshooting, enabling/disabling dx acceleration does not help too

Guys I'm desperate. I think it i s a driver issue (though ati has bad drivers) since directly after restart everything is okay for hours, but tried a lot and don't have anything in mind. I can see experienced people around and I hope someone can help

I'd like to point out that you spelled "lose" as "loose". Sounds like a faulty card to me. Send it back and get a replacement. Or before you do that you can check the card is firmly inserted (Probably wouldn't even work if it wasn't but still...), reinstall windows and directx and see if that fixes it.
