PCIE ATI RX 300SE-Problems

Hi All,
I have the PCIE ATI 300SE installed but cannot configure Dual monitors where I can drag from one monitor to the other, I seem to have the dektop on both monitors...Is there something I'm missing?...I have the latest drivers which is 6.14.10.1005...Are there any better drivers for this?...Or how do I configure it to work?...
