need some help with grafics

i have this prob for few days(it have some starnge blur) and dont know how to fix it
on my desktop i have some strange shadows (aditional icon)
i havent instal any strange software or anything that can harm my grafics

try degausing the monitor,.. what kind is it.. crt or lcd

fuck it is my monitor
dont know wtf is wrong with it
"kid" have tryd with a degausing and its crt

p.s. have puted stronger electromagnet(that is used for fixing a TVs) on it and its working beter (not much beter but beter)

have founded a mistake
it was a cable from a satelit dish (monitor cant stand a High MHz from a reciver)
