I noticed that when i install only the GART drivers, occurs something strange. I doubleclick to the exe file the opens the typical wizard with the license, press next, then the typical "where to install" screen, press next, and nothing occurs. Doesn't show any progress or something. Mmmm... any idea?

An user, with the same motherboard as me and a 6200 card, of another forum wrote this :

"Well, I've posted this problem in several forums but nobody could provide a solution so far.
As pointone says most of the users experiencing this "dilemma" have ATI-based mobos (regardless the brand), but it's true that users with nForce chipsets have run into this issue too.
Maybe the problem is some incompatibility with ATI's Gart driver since this is the only driver that hasn't been updated in a while. Again, I'm just speculating.
More and more users are having this problem and I don't see nVIDIA listing it as an open issue in its driver's release notes. Then I wonder how it'll be solved because apparently there is no record of this "fault" other than the posts in this forum.
And what does it mean? Are we stuck with 7x.xx drivers? Will we have to wait for 9x.xx series? Or even worse.... what guarantee do I have that buying another nVIDIA card will not bring up the same issue?
It stinks and it does so really bad!!!"

Definitively i think that the problem be the GART driver. Exists anything that we can do to solve this?
