Need Help with Nividia

I am having a problem with a few games using the GeForce FX 5700 VE

The 2 games are Lego Star Wars and F.E.A.R.
The games get passed the opeinng videos and the sometimes when the Nvidia logo pop up the computer shuts down or when i click on new game.

I have no problems running Far Cry or DOOM III what so ever. I have updated all the drivers including chipset.

My System is a SONY Vaio with 1 GB of RAM
P4 2Ghz
60 GB HD
256MB GeForceFX 5700VE/ PNY

I am lost and can't seem to figure it out. The one this I noticed is it's only with games that have the NVidia logo before the game starts...

Please help me if you can

is something getting too hot? when hardware gets too hot, instead of it frying, it shuts down your system

try these drivers for your 5700, unless you have them already... they own:
