Default 6600GT making weird lines?

Since i got my 6600GT, its been making these weird lines in games with good graphics, like NFSU2 and HL2 and the like... Heres a screenie to help:

(bottom right)

Ive tried NGO drivers, nvidia drivers, nvidia beta drivers, and the drivers that came on the install cd with the card.... anyone have any clue whats wrong?

PS:
Its not cooling issues, i just added 2 new 40mm fans to my card... and its only running at a max of 37C during gameplay

im not running anything except mcafee...

wow... this is odd... i start up hl2 (garry's mod), and the first screenie happens, then i take the screenie, alt-tab, save it, and alt-tab back in and it was fixed (second screenie)
heres a screenie of HL2 (garrys mod):

Heres another ingame from hl2... its actually being good today, but heres when i reload (for those who havent played the game before, the ammo number is sposed to glow, but the lines above it shouldnt be there)

*Runs to get screenies of NFSU2*

This is weird... the same thing happened... i alt-tabbed and saved the screenie, and the lines went away...

Lines:

@Regeneration

These are the only two games that i have that does this.... Maybe its because of the graphics quality of them... i dunno...

I run CS, Rakion, bunches of HL1 Mods, different MMORPGS, Planetside, and none of them do this...
'

EDIT: Ok, today i get into rakion and it starts happening too, see:

Do you have things running in the background? that could sometimes cause blinking lines.

But, to be safe RMA it.
