Default FPS decreasing

I've got the 6600GT, first time it showed 113 fps in Counter Strike Source test in Half Life 2, but now it stable shows 90-91 fps with the same options. What reasons can couse this? I have replaced the driver (77.72 to 78.01) but it doesn't make any changing. One time the system had the great glitch: on blue screen appeared the words ( i don't exactly remember but something like this) " To avoid the damage of vidioadapter the system perfomance is stopped". Ather reset there was the words "Sysem is rebuilded after serious error". Could this make phisical damage of videoadapter? If it couldn't, what is the reason of videocard speed decreasing?
In 3D Mark 2005 it shows the same result both fist time and now: 3600.

Sounds like a Power Supply issue.

Is it possible to see from WINOWS XP about pagefile conditions (is it damaged or not)?

Get www.diskeeper.com - what it is is a defragmation utility that involves defragmentating the paging file. Not only that but it does speed up drive speeds, always a plus.

This is interesting, because 3D Mark pushes your card further then most games. Having said that that mark also includes CPU rendering speed, so unless you can get that old logs and new logs and look at video card aspecs only, see if there is any difference. How you can do that i dont know though.

I suppose that CPU makes the same contribution in the total score in 3DMARK2005 every time. So i fink if the total score is the same every time then the videoadapter perfomance is also the same, isn't it ?
