Default Best driver for 6600GT?

I just got an eVGA Nvidia 6600GT today (upgraded from a fx5700 after living with it for 9 months), and im wondering what the best drivers would be to use with it?

I would recommend personally running the NGO 77.72 Drivers as they are a stable release and offerr great stability and performance, I am currently using this set myself and have been since its release!

What about 78.01 driver, is it better than 77.72 for 6600GT? I have just replace one to another but have not seen greate perfomance improving. But in Pain Killer (there is no vertical sinc in options) image is more stable during the turnings. In Doom3 image moving not smoothly but skipping with smols skips not depending to options while i am moving by the sidisteps alone any wall (it was bouth with 77.72 and 78.08.
