I have 52-55 idle and about 75-85 full load. at 420/1200

Good advice, kafkacell. I sorta partially fried an Nvid 5600 Ultra once. Had one of those TT Giants on it. Really had it screaming stop, when all of a sudden the whole screen started filling with artifacts. Never fooled with air cooling after that one.
