#1 | | Edelweiss Corporal | Installing drivers INSTALLING DRIVERS
THER ARE only 2 IMPORTANT things you must know :
FIRST : NEVER INSTALL ONE SET OF DRIVER ON TOP OF OTHER (files are still in use so they not going to be overwrited) and the driver wont install all they files , and you end up with mix of files from last set and the new one.And i dont have to tell ya thats its not good.
SECOND : Even if you uninstall drivers , REMEMBER THAT IF YOU DO NOT RESTART YOU COMPUTER, THE DRIVER IS STILL IN USE SO THE FILES ARE WRITE PROTECTED (the same effect that above)

#2 | | Banned | you do realise we at ngo don't support DH programs
simply uninstalling the drivers is enough actually in add/remove programs
there is never any reg strings left over anymore, driver cleaner wa really only needed when manually installing drivers, but we don't tend to do that as much these days |

D:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\Nwiz*.*
D:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\Nvudisp*.*
D:\WINDOWS\system32\NV4_Disp.dll
D:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\NV4_Mini.sys
Registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\ NVSvc)
77.72 NGO

i have nevre had a problem with just using nvidia's uninstaller
it always reverts back to th 56's though coz they are built into sp2 but they are a base featureless set |
