Hello i just installed windows 7 recently(yesterday) i installed gta 4 and other few games but as i cant run it in highest resolution 1680x1050 due to low fps i always play at 1024x720 but theres the problem whenever i lower the resolution to 1024x720 or 1280x720 the game isnt full screen anymore

It's not supposed to be officially on sale until the 22nd. Are you sure that includes the discs or is it just a display box?

I'm wondered with whole this situation it's really windows 7. In this moment are available only oem versions but windows 7 is already in sale.

Our prices for customers:
Home Premium: 425pln
Professional: 560pln
Ultimate: 775pln

x32 and x64 are same prices. Same versions of vista are 20-30pln more expensive.

You should to update nvidia driver, imo it's only solution for your problem, even to some beta version of gpu driver if it will be necessary.

P.S.
Anyway i can sell you windows 7 :-)
