I found out a way to bypass the issue to restore PhysX acceleration of AGEIA cards when the latest PhysX software is installed, its a noob solution but it worked fine for me.

I installed the PhysX runtime 8.09, copied all the files from the AGEIA folder to somewhere else, then installed the latest version and then copied all the previous contents back to the AGEIA installation folder except the 2.8.0 and 2.8.1 folders because Batman wouldn't start. Now Cryostasis and Mirrors Edge and all the demos which uses AGEIA Hardware acceleration works fine, and if you open the PhysX control panel, the version that will appear is the latest that you installed. Batman AA looks that doesn't have support for AGEIA PhysX or runs PhysX through CUDA, hope it can be fixed soon.

I would say you're fine. I'm running a 1Gb 4890 + a 1Gb 'energy savings' 9600 on a 535W Enermax PSU with no probs so far.
Your PSU is SLI ready and amperage on the 3V and 5V rails seems good to me, so you should be fine.
If you want to be more sure, check this out, as other components in your system might make the difference:

http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

I've heard it's very reliable. I've tried it myself before my last upgrades and it hasn't failed me.

Okay I've just done this and my physx demo's are working....I want to test it with a game.....which game or games are not meant to work since Nvidia did the dirty on everyone I want to test one of those? I want to use one that utilises the latest runtimes that have been released since 8.90xxx to see if it is actually working.

Maybe it's a bit offtopic but I've updated benchmark on page 59. Now you can compare GPU vs CPU score in both single and multithreaded test. Could be useful testing new NV drivers and I hope ATI drivers with DirectCompute for DX10.1 GPUs soon.

If you replaced the 2.8.1 folder found in the Program Files/AGEIA Technologies of the runtime 9.04 with the folder 2.8.1 from the runtime 8.09, Batman will not work and Fluidmark will run in hardware acceleration, if you kept the folder 2.8.1 from the 9.04 runtime, Batman will run (With no hardware acceleration) and Fluidmark will run software mode, the latest files will disable hardware acceleration if an ATi card is detected. Once I finish Batman AA game, I will revert the 2.8.1 folder back with the previous version found in the 8.09 runtime.

I wonder if GenL is still working for an AGEIA patch.

I haven't got Batman AA but what I have found is that if I put the 2.8.1 folder from 8.09 in the program file the I get a "no cuda dll found" error message.....also found that the demo's were not showing up in the control panel physx application, but I could run them fron the 8.09 demo file which I kept.
