Nvidia disables PhysX when ATI card is present

I actually tried to ask devs about it at their podcast forums, here: http://forums.eidosgames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=274
It was in Podcast 5 thread. Now they posted 5th and 6th podcasts (Archive thread), and i was unable to verify if they did answer. My english is too poor to understand all that speech

i used 197.13 and used physx mod then it's work with all bench ( star-tales, cpu vantage, Neurien, Fluidmark ) dan all games ( batman AA, darkest of days, ghost recon 2 ), BUT Still not work for metro DX 11....( advance physX i meant, did I miss something ? )

hi sry again for my poor english :-(
i use cat 10.4 preview driver (but the same problem with 10.3,10.2 ect.)
i have a 5870 and a GF 250gts
mod works in batman,metro,darkest days and mirrorsedge (after deleting this 2 stupid files :-( ).
my problem is with Flight Simulator X.
i start with 2 cards the sim crash after loading a level.
i disable the nvidia card the sim works fine.
i think it have problem with the first and the second reenderer (card) like just cause 2.
can i put a command to the game to start it only with the ati card???

with physx 10.0.0222, i got BAD erorr on Neurion Benchmark

and can't do BATMAN AA benchmark ( got freeze, game not tested yet )

BAD VANTAGE score

Gaul, this is a known issue. It's called timebomb, a wonderful present to all hybrid users from nvidia \o/
You can use older drivers (196.34) for now.

yup every thing back to normal when i use 196.34 wth physX 9.09.1112
well can i upgrade my physX ? or just leave it ?
