I was going to buy a new GTX 260 card as ATI are being chumps and not supporting pre HD cards any more apparently. I then remembered there were custom drivers i could try, i fell upon the NDA drivers and am currently running my PCIe X1950 on from DNA-ATi_Vista_Win7_9.3x64.exe I am however having troubles in some of my games with corruption and graphical anomolies and wanted to try some new drivers, but i can not find any! Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Xyis. |

#2 | | Site Staff | Are you having artifacts issues with the stock Catalyst 9.3 driver too? |

#3 | | Newbie | | CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 | | Not sure, i have been working on finishing my degree so not played games for months when i was running vista, i finished a few weeks ago and installed windows 7 (Official RC). The 9.3 drivers dont want to install to Windows 7. I'll double check now though. |

Would it be listed as the x1950 when installing manually under this window? |

#7 | | Site Staff | Yep, that's a mistake from AMD's side, X1950 should be on the list. Try to add its Device Id manually. |

#8 | | Newbie | | CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 | | Do you know anywhere that show's how to do this? I had a look before but didnt find a decent explanation. Think i even tried a program that was meant to do it for me but it failed.
Thanks for this help, much appreciated. |
