i think 600 should be fine. look out for benchmarck. they use to note power consumption now.

yes you should defiantly change your RAM. you could find cheap 2x2 module.

for the fan => zalman 9700 ^^. efficient but a bit noisy

As for the Air cooling i use cheap Scythe Katana 2 and fan always stay at 50%(almos no noise) with E2160 1.8 OC`ed to 3.16 Ghz temp 60c at full load.

And i use also cheap Geil Ultra 800 ( this modules are factory make to work 900 4-4-4-12 with 2.1v)

Im running them OC`ed to 1054 5-5-5-18 with voltage 2.2 they get quite warm but not hot, they have radiators and sits in front of the scythe fan (aditional air flow) and they dont give any errors after fee hours of testing.

I checked You mobo max for mems is 800 as You writed , but it will make difference.

As For the memory , You shuld get one`c with lowest latancy becos mobo limit to 800 only. So probable the Corsair DHX TwinX CL4 wuld be a good pick. Also check What range of voltages you can aply to memorys.

Kirill i just found this out , its on the MSi site
http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p...Neo-F&class=mb

• Support Dual channel DDR2 533/667/800 memory interface up to 8GB (with DDR2 800, memory only up to 2GB)

I dont know if this is exacly You mobo so check it up befor making any buys.

Did you get this from MSI's site? I checked the same board and came up with this:

"Main Memory

• Supports 4 unbuffered DIMM of 1.8 Volt DDR2 SDRAM
• Supports up to 4GB 533/667memory size (with DDR2 800, memory only up to 4GB)
• Support Dual Channel DDR2 533/677/800MHz and up
Due to the High Performance Memory design, motherboards or system configurations may or may not operate smoothly at the JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council) standard settings (BIOS Default on the motherboard) such as DDR2 voltage, memory speeds and memory timing. Please confirm and adjust your memory setting in the BIOS accordingly for better system stability.
Example: Kingston HyperX DDR2-800 PC6400 operates at 2.0V, 4-4-4-12.
For more information about specification of high performance memory modules, please check with your Memory Manufactures for more details."

What I don't understand is why the 4GBs is repeated in that one sentence. Seems redundant to me. ???
