Well theres 2 things to look at here.

Is it a reset, or is it a Recover from Bsod reset?

Bsod resets mean a hardware issue.
non bsod reset means it could be the power.

There's no bsod so I guess that means it's my power? Damn it, and a new one with equal watts costs whole lot of money.

you want amps, not watts.

atleast 30a on the 12v line is the recommended these days.

I have to concur with the need for more Amps. Amps are much more important than Watts. And, you need to make sure that the Amp rating is high for each +12V rail, too.

did you try to switch the power supply, with a working one. just to be sure that it's the cause.
