| Well, the fact is that by the time DX 11 becomes 'mainstream' and games are using it, it'll be time to upgrade video cards again anyway. So, I don't see it as a waste of money if I can actually see some increased performance now.

Getting a 4770 is really interesting if you'll buy another one for crossfire.
As you can see in the article, crossfire double performances.
If you are looking for a single card solution, spend few more dollars and buy a 4850. it's a 256 wide memory bus. And 1Go instead of 512 for the 4770. |

Now, just how much of a difference does that make between a 128-bit and a 256-bit memory bus is my question.
I'd like to see a straight comparison between the two cards just for the sake of it.
