Anyone know if three of these in CrossFire would be better than a 4870 X2 or a GTX 295. |

LOL, 2 4890's beat a 4870x2
3 wouldnt be much better,
ati makes the 3rd gpu into a ppu, your frames would be more consistent, but would not be any greater than 2 gpus

It has already been posted on several forums that 2x4890 in CF wins in the majority of benchmarks vs GTX 295. Making it tri-fire would probably help even more.
