Increase your fan speed or lower your clock rate imo. Looks so much like an overheating problem. The drivers are perhaps overriding your bios defaults for fan speed or clock rates.

'Alo Ranko, razumijes li me

I can't load the second movie, so I'm not sure what's going on, but this reminds me of a situation I had.

It was a shitty Intel board with integrated graphics (also Intel). After reinstalling windows XP SP3 everything seemed OK. Then I installed the video driver (as supplied with the board) and rebooted. Windows loading screen would show (mind you, in this phase the system is outputing a lower resolution) and just before the "Welcome" screen (when the resolution had to be changed to a higher one, that is the one you selected for your desktop) it would show no signal. If you go to safe mode (the graphics driver doesn't load) everything turns out OK. If you uninstall the driver form safe mode, then it works in the normal mode also. So it must be the driver, right? Wrong.

I wasted a lot of time on this one and then I tried to connect another monitor to that PC. It worked! WTF? It turns out that the previous POS IBOX (LCD) monitor wasn't communicating well with the MBO and it kept (automatically, after the driver is installed) setting too high refresh frequency. It was (IIRC) 75 or 72 instead of 60 Hz that was the maximum for that monitor. So, I connected the properly working screen, set resolution and frequency on safe values (1024x768@60Hz) and shut down the machine. When going back on the default screen everything turned out OK.

I hope this helps.

No, it not possible overheating because fan on GC works on 90% on boot.I have tried everything, also I tried flashing different bios, no luck!

Every thing working ok, except COLD start...
when you restart then everything is OK
What is the difference between a cold start and warm start (restart)?

Jaste. Balkan i balkanska posla, nema niceg boljeg

It still doesn't load, I had to download it.

Your problem is definitively not the same as the one I encountered. And to answer your question, I don't know. -_- Note, reset and restart are not the same thing. If I was to speculate, I would say that it's MBO's fault becasue I know of various examples where the machine can not be restarted because of the crappy MBO. You must shut it down, wait for a few moments and only then turn it back on.

Anyway, try configuring your power on button for shutdown, start the machine and then when the screen turns off don't reset it, but shut it down and turn it on back again.

Also, try to see what happens in safe mode.

I think the only way to get past this is to try another MBO and/or GPU in your system (if possible). Maybe you should also try to connect some other screen.
