Default Riva Tuner v2.23

Hey guys, its me again

I don't mean to make this a blog but,

I was testing my fps with Riva Tuner v2.23 (quite excited to get support for CCC 9.1)

well, I was testing Crysis settings very high at stock gpu speed, normal FPS..

When I stepped 50Mhz i didnt see much, i stepped once again..... nothing

ok, so now im at 769 from my original 669, with little FPS increase I got a little mad.

I did a Counter Strike: Source FPS stress test to make sure.
(before switching back to "ExperTool")

Riva Tuner:

GPU clock 750/test 1 = 216.1 FPS
(a little low, yes?[let me step it.])

GPU clock 800/test 2 = 220.02 FPS

(......you shitting me?)

so, I was fed up.

upon using ATI ExperTool:

GPU clock 720/test 1= 230.5 FPS
(......i dont need another test)

Im sorry, WHY is this is what Im trying to get at....

I know Riva Tuner is intended for Nvidia users, but would it really mess an ATI card over that much?

(sorry for double spacing as well; [horrible habit.])
