Well they are twin brothers , whit i dont care at all about those idiots , this is why i dont know whit of them was the one without account .

Was that so hard to understand ?

Anyway while serching for "any actual facts here?" i founded that he fianly got him self a account , like last week . But thats only prof what i stated befor (prime minister without bank account) .

I have read the article...it doesn't say he did not have a pre-existing bank account, only that he signed up to internet shopping.
