This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80001ca793c, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffffa6001d24848, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffffa6001d24220, Context Record Address

All this debugging information is not as useful as simples informations like what drivers are you using for your video card and chipsets or when it does happen.
It seems that you're using windows vista 64bits (or server 2008) and this problem probably happens either when booting or when you're using 3d accelerated applications. Mind to post here when it happens and if it does happen without overclock?

Understood...

Usually I keep getting bsod´s a little in playing a game, black screen, sound looping...
Can´t really figure out wat the problem is..

I got all the lates drivers.. chipset, sound, gpu etc..

This time i´ve got it when running prime95.. wanted to check the systems reliability... didn´t work out to well i guess lol.

I´m using vista ultimate x64
and yes most of the time when in game sort to speak.

Check the temperatures in BIOS when next BSoD happens (right after the POST (Power-On Self Test) of your computer), then if you have enough time do a memtest (it should take some hours, like 1-3h depending on your hardware). And does it happens when you're not overclocking?

yes it has happened when not overclocking.. it happened more often then! I wanted to run booth my mem-sticks, which I wasn´t able to until settig som oc on it.

I have ran a memtest, about 7-8 hours.. nothing popped up!

do you mean the temperatures of the gpu or more like fsb, nb, sb?

thanks for taking time

Hows you voltages ?? i mean , for example my mem`s need 2.1 , but i need to set it my self , if i let spd decide it wuld boot wth voltages of 1.8 and gave me bsod in very similar way you getting it.

i think it have to do with CPU since you can run mem test with no probs.

Temperatures of CPU and nb.

Do you have any other psu hanging around by chance? For some reason I dont really trust corsair psus...
If possible keep logging the voltages of your motherboard inputs, then if it BSoDs post the log right at the time when it happened here.

I seee what is the problem .

You CPU is nominal 2.83 , but in Your specs says 3.4 , so it overclocked . Meybe you shuld try to rise the VCORE a bit.

You can do it safly.

And that can be fault PSU also.

Then if you are sure that its not the psu (I'm not saying that its the real problem), nor the temperatures of the CPU / nb, you should start testing other ATi drivers for your video card.
