Anyone tried the Windows 7 drivers?

Microsoft was planning to develop a new file system (just like NTFS and FAT) but they couldn't bring it up to Vista. Maybe there will be new file system with Win7.

Yea WinFS
At the start Windows Vista was suposed to have the WinFS file system but M$ didn't implemented it because it was too much slow.

Just like it costs millions in R&D to develop a new CPU, for example. They are not willing to do it simply because they are lazy.

WinFS Is NOT a new File System and newer was !

It was an add-on to NTFS to collect queries (it's much like a big SQL database with queries on files).
It was supposed to speed up searching and enable to better organize files.

It was abandoned and partially replaced by Windows Search 4.0

No one cares about cheap companies still running lotus notes, If they dont wanna invest in applications written properly, they shouldnt invest in a new operating system anyway. In short, GTFO

Sorry to tell that bro but im living Canada , and i can tell you FUCKING BIG COMPANIES and WELL Respect companies still use 16 bits architecture and OLD AS/400 , wich ones , STAPLES , FUTURE SHOP , BEST BUY ,i work at staples , part time for pay my studies in electronics and as i think they make more money in 1 day than you in your whole life.If you want i can tell you even more companies.You just understand the concept of needs . THEY WONT invest more than what they need.It's the same way if an person who dont play games and just go on the net and play FreeCell , as i think you wont sell him the 3000$ Machine , because he don't it .For it's need you will sell him the 500$ . AND im pretty sure he wont see an fucking difference between the 3000$ computer than the one at 500$ just because he don't use it really

Dude , as i know when you implement things on an actual concept , you can call it NEW . Next time , read corectly . but they couldn't bring it up to Vista

I was just answering his question, WINFS was suposed to be implemented to vista but wasent yes because it was remplaced by search.

Some people still don't know there quad cores or even dual cores on the market. They will call that NEW , at their point of view.That's normal , when you don't care about computers like the average person do , it's really normal. For the normal consumer they only want the computer works , if not they will dont give an flying fuck about trying to fix the issue they will send it to the place they purchased it for repairs. EVEN IF IT'S THE O/S.Dont lure yourself by thinking everybody is up to date in electronics matters.

You fucking bolt-head, companies with market caps that are over 10.0B $CAD don't mind spending the money to increase their productivity. I can understand from 32-bit to 64-bit can sometimes be useless, but anything 16-but is obsolete and anybody still using it is a fucking loser.
