Default Which drivers are the best for a 6800GT?

I am currently using the drivers from the nvidia site, 175.19. I realize there is a newer set of drivers for my gfx card available on the site (as of today, 178.13) and was wondering which of the following drivers is best for my gfx card:

I am running Windows XP SP3

Nvidia Site Driver 178.13
NGO Optimized Driver 1.16369
Omega Driver 1.169.21

I use my computer mainly for gaming, playing games such as COD4, Half-Life 2 and its mods.
Thank you for the help, and if any additional information is needed, I will gladly provide it.

i would use the most updated drivers which is the 178.13 or 178.15 or you can start testing your card and find the best driver. Here is a list: http://downloads.guru3d.com/Videocar...-bit)_c10.html

Lave the omega alone (yea it sad but that how it is).

And for you main question her in no anser mate. Why , becos for one best driver will be one with bst IQ , for other with best perf , also lil depends on the hw , so the best it to TEST TEST TEST by your self.

Hello

I'm really having bad time searching for good drivers for my 6800 GT. I could only update up to the driver version 84.21, beyond that comes the 9x.xx series and then the 15x.xx, 16x.xx and finally the 17x.xx and they all leak memory, specially when play bf2 or bf2142, and USI mod. The system's 2GB memory is sucked and use the HD for more memory causing frame rate to drop dynamically. I can bet that If have 4 GB it will be consumed by this memory leak madness. It is old issue and nobody having it fixed, though contacted nvidia many times.

Lately tried the ngo optimized driver NGO NVIDIA Optimized Driver 2.9792 it was really fast and nice, but again it does leak memory.

Any help please
