Hello I'm using 690G chipset and HD 3850 graphic card. Shell I install this? Or just install normal 8.9???

you will want to use this driver install with CP (control panel), only if you hate CCC (catalyst control center).

this control panel also does not require microsoft dotnet framework.

whats the difference with CCC and CP

i'll reiterate, besides plenty of bloat in the CCC program itself, it also relies on the "microsoft dotnet framework" which some of us "tin-foil-hat-wearers" aren't interested in...
