well whats Microsfot dotnet framework?

is it sum sort of way to collect data or sumthing?

The Control Panel breaks clocking on Radeon X1000/2000/3000/4000 series.

sorry but what exactly does that mean? is this bad in general?

or do you mean it resets over- or underclocking of your card to the default settings?
